Credit Approval Workflow

Customer Notifications

Credit Issued Email

Sent when credit is added to a customer's account (automatically or manually).

Includes: amount, expiration date, current balance, reason

Expiration Reminder

Sent X days before credit expires (configurable, default 7 days).

Includes: expiring amount, expiration date, current balance

Credit Used

Sent when customer uses credit at checkout (optional).

Includes: amount used, order number, remaining balance

Admin Notifications

Approval Required

Email sent to the store owner when an automated credit award is waiting for manual approval.

High Credit Alert

Optional email alert when a single credit award exceeds your configured threshold. Configure the threshold under Fraud & Security settings.
