Yes! Easy Store Credit is built on top of Shopify's native store credit system. Credits awarded through our app appear in the customer's Shopify account and can be used at checkout just like manually-issued Shopify credits.
Absolutely. Because we use Shopify's native store credit system, customers will automatically see their available balance during checkout. They can choose to apply it to their order with a single click—no code required.
Yes. We provide a CSV import feature that allows you to bulk import customer credit balances from any other system. Simply export your data, format it according to our template, and import it into Easy Store Credit.
When credit expires, it's automatically removed from the customer's account. If you've enabled expiration reminder emails, customers will receive a notification before their credit expires, giving them time to use it.
Yes! Our rule engine supports customer tags, so you can create different rules for VIP customers, wholesale buyers, or any other segment. You can also set different credit amounts based on order value, products purchased, and more.
Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can also use our Free plan indefinitely for up to 100 customers with 1 automated rule.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Your data will be preserved for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
Yes! Easy Store Credit works with all Shopify plans, including Shopify Plus. Plus merchants can take advantage of advanced features like API access and custom integrations on our Growth and Enterprise plans.
Easy Store Credit supports all currencies that Shopify supports. Credit amounts are always stored in your store's primary currency and converted at checkout if you're using multi-currency.
This is configurable. You can choose whether to award credit on the full order value or only on the amount paid with real money. Most merchants exclude credit-paid amounts to prevent infinite credit loops.
