This policy applies across Sabin Labs Apps. The information processed depends on the app, its enabled features, and the permissions you grant.

By installing or using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, our Apps collect store information (such as your store name, URL, and contact email), product and catalog information, customer data needed to provide the service (such as names, emails, and order history), and usage information. Features that involve chat or other interactions also process the messages and requests users submit to provide the requested functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and maintain the features you choose, process relevant transactions and requests, personalize the user experience, send service notifications, provide customer support, and improve our Apps' performance. We do not sell your data.

AI Processing

Where an App includes AI-powered features, it uses third-party AI providers to process requests and generate responses or recommendations. Only the information needed to fulfill a request is shared with the provider, and it is used to deliver that functionality — not to train third-party models on your data. If you connect your own AI provider key, your usage is governed by that provider's terms.

Offers, Discounts, and Orders

Where an App supports offers, discounts, or assisted purchasing, it may process catalog information, product costs, submitted requests, offers, related decisions, and orders using those offers or discounts. Product costs may be used to respect a merchant's pricing or margin rules. For relevant orders, buyer names and contact details may be read from Shopify so the merchant can identify the purchaser. This protected customer data is used only for that purpose.

Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular reviews. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate the Apps (such as hosting, email delivery, and AI providers) who are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us. We also honor Shopify's data-deletion and customer-data-request webhooks.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. For EU users, we comply with GDPR. For California residents, we comply with CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
