Set up the Easy AI Shopping Assistant and start helping shoppers in just a few minutes.

Install the App

Visit the Shopify App Store listing and click Add app to install the Easy AI Shopping Assistant. Follow the prompts to approve the permissions it needs to read your products and help shoppers.

Choose Your Plan

Start on the Free plan (50 conversations per month) to try the assistant on your store. When you're ready for unlimited conversations, choose Bring Your Own Key to connect your own AI provider, or Growth to let us manage the AI for you.

Turn On the Chat Widget

From your Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize. In the theme editor, open App embeds and switch on AI Chat Widget, then save. A chat bubble now appears on your live storefront.

📌Note

No theme code is changed and you can switch the widget off again at any time from the same screen.

Customize the Appearance

Open the app and adjust the colors, greeting message, assistant name, button labels, language, and which corner the bubble sits in. A live preview shows your changes before you publish. See Appearance & Branding for details.

Decide Who Can Chat

By default everyone can use the assistant. You can restrict it to logged-in customers with certain tags, limit it to a specific allow list, or block individual visitors. See Access & Eligibility.

Go Live & Watch Results

That's it — shoppers can start chatting right away. Head to Analytics & Conversations to see how conversations turn into carts, checkouts, and orders.
