Appearance & Branding

Make the assistant feel like a natural part of your store. Everything below is changed inside the app, with a live preview so you can see each change before it goes live.

Colors

Match the assistant to your brand by setting the colors for the header, accent buttons, text, and chat bubbles. Use the same color codes from your theme for a seamless look.

  • Header background and text color
  • Accent color for buttons and highlights
  • Shopper and assistant message bubble colors

Position

Choose whether the chat bubble appears in the bottom-right or bottom-left corner of your storefront. Pick the side that stays clear of other buttons your theme already uses.

Text & Greeting

Customize the words shoppers see so the assistant sounds like your brand:

  • Greeting message shown when the chat opens
  • Assistant name (e.g. "Ava", "Shop Helper")
  • Button labels and the message input placeholder

💡Tip

Keep your greeting short and welcoming, and invite a question — for example, "Hi! Tell me what you're looking for and I'll find it for you."

Language & Locale

Select the display language for the widget's labels. The assistant also respects each shopper's country and currency, so international customers see prices and a tone that feel local to them.

Recommendation Settings

Decide how many products the assistant shows per suggestion (a smaller number keeps the chat tidy; a larger number gives more choice). You can also set a maximum message length to keep conversations focused.

📌Preview before you publish

Changes only go live once you save. Use the live preview to check how the widget looks on both desktop and mobile before publishing to your storefront.
